Ingredients
- 2 tbsp dried chamomile flowers
- 1 tbsp dried lemon balm leaves
- 1 tbsp dried lavender buds
- 1 tsp dried peppermint leaves
- 1 tsp dried orange peel (optional, for a citrusy note)
Directions
- In a bowl, gently mix the dried herbs to evenly distribute the flavors.
- Transfer to an airtight glass jar, keeping it in a dark, cool cupboard for up to 6 months.
- To make a cup of tea, steep 1 tablespoon of the blend in 8 oz of hot (not boiling) water for 5-7 minutes.
- Strain and enjoy!
- Add honey or a touch of vanilla for extra warmth.
