Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp dried chamomile flowers
  • 1 tbsp dried lemon balm leaves
  • 1 tbsp dried lavender buds
  • 1 tsp dried peppermint leaves
  • 1 tsp dried orange peel (optional, for a citrusy note)

Directions

  1. In a bowl, gently mix the dried herbs to evenly distribute the flavors.
  2. Transfer to an airtight glass jar, keeping it in a dark, cool cupboard for up to 6 months.
  3. To make a cup of tea, steep 1 tablespoon of the blend in 8 oz of hot (not boiling) water for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Strain and enjoy!
  5. Add honey or a touch of vanilla for extra warmth.
